If Your Sidewalk Needs Plowing
Call The Bruce Co.

We pay to have the sidewalks in front of your house cleared at the same time as the driveways. This does not cover the walk from your driveway to your front door, just the public sidewalks on the terrace alongside the street.

If they are not clear, you can be fined by the city, currently $113 per day you are in violation.

The Bruce Company does a good job, and clears the walks when they do the drives, but after heavy snowfalls, the city may plow after the walks are cleared and dump snow from the street on the walks, especially along Watts Road.

If you walk is not clear, call The Bruce Co. and have them come out to clear it. Calling us only slows down the process.

Call the front desk 836-7041. After hours, there is an automatic call forwarding device. Use it to contact the emergency number. Normal hours are 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

Alternate Side Parking Starts Sunday November 15

The alternate side parking rules require that vehicles must be parked on the even house numbered side of the street from 1:00 am until 7:00 am on even numbered days and on the odd house numbered side of the street from 1:00 am until 7:00 am on the odd numbered days.

Remember, that means use the day it will be in the morning to determine which side to park on, not the night before when you are parking.

Alternate side parking rules will be in effect until March 15.
